A little morning reset, with a side of cowgirl energy!🤠🌿☀️

Yoga in nature, followed by a calming soundbath, delicious matcha, surrounded by sunshine, and the most beautiful peaceful setting. The perfect morning to slow down, be present and reconnect🧘🏽‍♀️✨

Loved meeting some beautiful women along the way, and that goodie bag, honestly, INCREDIBLE. 🥹💚

Thank you @zenethwellness, @onaluxurybrand @bottlemagic_tm & @revivelab_sa for such a beautifully curated morning. A little reminder that wellness can look like movement, mindfulness, connection, and a little bit of cowgirl vibes!🐎🤎

A little sunshine, movement, good vibes & a whole lot of girl time. 🌸

I had the most amazing time at this beautiful wellness day hosted by Zenith. The perfect excuse to slow down, have some fun and pour a little love back into yourself.

And a special thank you to the gorgeous host Leticia, for having me! You created such a beautiful space and I’m so happy to be part of it.

Already ready for the next one… because apparently this is my new personality. 😂🧘🏼‍♀️🌸

What a day it was! The music, the outfits, the horses, the people all coming together for a fantastic show. This was most certainly a day I won’t soon forget.

Saying I am over the moon with the boys is the understatement of the century! I cannot believe how well Stinger and Diamond did after only 4 days of practice, AND after being out of work for quite some time too! These two awesome horses really made the day so so special. Couldn’t have done it without them. 🫶🏻

A big BIG thank you to the people who made all of this possible. Thank you so much to Uncle Izak, Auntie Heleen, and Kyra for letting me ride your awesome, awesome boys!! They are such incredible horses. And a BIG thanks to Julia, without you I would have been so lost!! Your guidance, knowledge, and support made the world’s difference. 🫂

A big thanks to the show hosts too for being kind enough to extend the deadline while we figured things out! And a bonus thank you to the owner of the little mare who gave me my first barrel racing experience. It was FUN!

Thank you to my family for being there to support me no matter what! You guys always give me the strength and support I need. 🤍
