My postcard 💌 from the 7th continent Antartica finallyyyy arrived, 3 months later!! I guess it takes a while with Penguin Post. 🐧 Which got me reflecting on the profound experience down there. The staggering nature of that landscape, and how mesmerizingly raw, wild and fragile our world really is. During our 10 days together on the Ocean Explorer with @insiderexpeditions & @wondersciences, we shared so much hope in the future of human thriving on this little blue dot we all get to call homebase. I live for moments like these
where words collapse under the magnitude of feeling,
where silence becomes devotion,
where the heart opens so wide
you can feel the universe passing through.

There were moments I closed my eyes
and suddenly I was back in my childhood bedroom in Iran
the girl who once whispered freedom into her pillow
and then opened my eyes
to the impossible truth
that I was standing in Antarctica.
That contrast cracked something ancient open in me.

I am a lover of nature, music, art, writing, poetry, and brave hearts of high-vibe souls devoted to impact,
humans who move through life with curiosity and creation,
souls who crack something sacred wide open inside me.
Anything that expands me, ignites wonder,
or pulls me closer to the divine pulse inside everything—
that is the edge I live for.
That is where I find myself again and again.
I laughed. I cried. I danced…
My tears became teachers.
I sat with my own heartbeat
and heard truths I had waited lifetimes to receive.

I am split wide open
my body healing in places I didn’t know needed light.

And in that opening,
I felt my ancestors… the ones living in my bones,
finally taste the freedom they longed for
through me.

Antarctica is a portal
a place where magic and mystics breathe without hiding.
You feel it in the ocean’s vibration,
in the ancient sky,
in mountains so silent
they invite your soul to speak
in a language you’ve never heard,
yet somehow remember.

I am overflowing with gratitude
for the land that broke me open,
for the souls who walked beside me,
for the magic that met us again and again,
for the becoming still unfolding inside me
like a secret written in light.

This experience will echo through my life
like a heartbeat carved from ancient ice
quiet, powerful, eternal.

I am blessed.
And I am becoming. Sepi 💫
