A A M I N A & K O S T A S ✨ Calls lilies are having a moment in this year’s wedding aesthetic. Sleek, sculptural & effortlessly elegant, they feel like the perfect evolution of modern wedding styling ✨
.
This design took inspiration from their distinctive silhouette, pairing textured buttercream with flowing edible wafer paper & statement lilies to create a cake that felt contemporary, refined & full of movement. Standing tall in the stunning glass Atrium of @botleysmansion ✨
.
I’m seeing more & more couples drawn to this aesthetic this year & I completely understand why. Are they your floral of the moment? ✨

C A L L A L I L I E S ✨ Did you know that Calla lilies are actually highly toxic though & should never be put on cakes as they are not food safe. Entrusting your cake with a designer who is educated on the use of florals is so important. Not only do I have extensive knowledge of the varieties that are / are not safe to use, I take time & special care to source the highest quality alternatives to deliver your dream design without your guests thinking twice about the natural authenticity of the blooms ✨

Last night’s HCH Winter Market was nothing short of magical 🎄✨ From enchanting adventures aboard the miniature steam train to visiting Santa’s magical Ice Grotto, the evening was filled with joy, creativity and community spirit.

Families enjoyed crafts, from making their own Christmas decorations to table centrepieces, games stalls led by our students, face painting, a giant snow globe for selfies, wrote letters to Santa, savoured delicious festive treats from pizzas and crepes to mulled wine and Christmas cocktails, all of which was set against the beautiful backdrop of our school and stunning musical performances from our choirs. Thank you to all who came and supported our school and to our outstanding staff for hosting such a wonderful event.

Here’s to a joyful festive season ahead! ✨
