Last week we celebrated a huge milestone: three years of the Peace of Kate Happy Hour.
.
We gathered @azurwines, the place where it all began.
.
I came in with a topic prepared, but at the last minute I decided to open it up to the group and ask what was on their minds. Keita suggested we go around and share what this space has meant to each of us, and I was so moved by what came up.
.
What I heard was that the happy hour has become a safe place. A place of belonging, support, and community. A place where like-minded women can show up fully as themselves.
.
I also heard how much growth has happened here: learning to recognize emotions as they arise, understand feelings more deeply, sit with them instead of hiding from them, and offer ourselves more compassion along the way. The kind of work that goes far beyond surface-level wellness.
.
Hearing that the Happy Hours have helped create more self-forgiveness and self-love was such a gift. I left feeling deeply grateful for every woman who has been a part of this community over the past three years. Thank you to each and every one of you who have come and shared your light.
.
I also want to thank all of our tasting room partners that have welcomed us in and supported this gathering over the years. Your hospitality has helped create the warm, intentional spaces where these conversations and connections could unfold.
.
Here’s to three years of connection, care, and collective growth... and to all that’s still to come.

✨💗
Much Love.
Kate.

A little behind the scenes at Pawsch. 🐾🤍

Every necklace starts just like this — a color palette, a name, and a whole lot of beads spread across our table.

From choosing the colors to laying out every letter and stringing each bead by hand, every Pawsch necklace is made individually for the pup who will wear it.

PANDA + HAPPY are officially Pawsch-ready. 💙🤎

What if a candle could do more than just smell good… what if it could help you give yourself permission?!

In this video, I take you behind the scenes of creating the Permission Mission Candle with the incredible team at @bougienapa. And when I say “create,” I mean it—mixing fragrances, pouring candles, and yes, probably making a little bit of a mess along the way. 😊

But this wasn’t just about creating a beautiful scent. It was about creating a shift.

We intentionally designed this candle in layers:
✨ Top notes to help you open your breath
✨ Heart notes to soften self-judgment and ground you
✨ Base notes to anchor your identity

And here’s the part I love most: it’s not just a vibe, it’s backed by science! Each scent was chosen with purpose:

Bergamot to reduce stress
Saffron to support mood
Orris to ease agitation
Vetiver to calm your nervous system
…and more, for a total of 11 intentional scents working together.

So when you light this candle, you’re not just setting the mood. You’re creating a state where you can think clearly, trust yourself, quiet the noise, and stop overthinking.

This is about helping you grant yourself permission. Because at the end of the day…the only permission you need is your own.

And if you want one for yourself, you can actually get it through my virtual book signing! Whether you grab the VIP swag bag or join me live, the candle is part of the fun.

Head to the link in my bio for all the details.
