WOW!!! Thanks to each and every one of you beautiful souls for showing up to release this circle that has held our joy, tears, laughter, healing, aliveness and transformation over the past 4 years.

I'm pretty sure we reached escape velocity at Sts Cyrils Church last Thursday LOL. Very appropriate given it was our last dance in this space.

200 dancers sent waves of unstoppable energy --- mostly not caught on film but captured in our hearts forever.

As the dance was just beginning to cook, I ran up to the balcony and captured these 5 seconds of our last dance at Sts Cyrils.

As one portal closes —- another one opens up.

i wished for love, and i found it.

i can’t believe i got to experience conan live in concert. his music has been with me through every major break up, loss and general teen-adulthood turmoil. the greatest love of my life is also being experienced while looking back at the moments i was crushed and giving up on love as a whole. thank you conan for this beautiful night i will never forget, the songs ill never stop screaming and crying to, and thank you katie for joining me on this adventure across the country<3

Some weeks need to be danced out.
Arrive tense. Leave loose and content.

✨ THIS THURSDAY FEB. 26 ✨
In this dim space, the body listens more closely to rhythm
and intuition — and movement becomes a form of liberation.

No experience needed, just your willingness
💠 to be present in your body at this time.

🎧 DJ ZEROBEAT:
You can count on a unique multi-ethnic,
multi-genre 90 minute musical journey that
transports you —body, heart, mind, and spirit.

“The collective presence creates something truly sacred.”
“Best place to dance sober in the city.”

📍 237 Sackville St · 7:30pm 🎟️ $25–30 · Link in bio
