Aryah has been BEGGING to start CrossFit for months, but she’s still a little too young to start. So today, while big sis was in class I worked on kipping, banded pull-ups and back squats with her. Kept it simple for my little power house 💚💪🏽

This is going to be a REALLY difficult one for us. Not because of the weight, but trying to stay in sync so that we don’t get “no rep’d”. We didn’t do the whole wod, just wanted to start practicing being on the same speed. Finished our first 10 hang squat cleans in 30 seconds.

One week down, 24 (ish) weeks to go. Ready for this deployment to be done, and we are only just hitting the surface.

Since Michael is leaving soon, things look a little different this year. Today, we had our Christmas. Hate that I’m starting the new year with my husband in another country, but grateful we got to do this for the kids today 💚❤️🎄🎁

After almost 7 years of marriage, I could fill an entire garden with the amount of butterflies he gives me. Can’t imagine a lifetime with anyone else 🖤

I went for a run when Michael got home from work, and came home to him handing me this pink box. I can’t for the life of me figure out why he’s so perfect 😭🥰💙 P.s. can we all take a second to appreciate my collarbones coming out to play 😏👏🏽👀
