POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

1,000 workouts, approximately 8 million calories burned, countless friendships, and way too many “one more set” moments later… plus a huge thank you to @rhondahuntfitness , my amazing run coach and friend, for pushing me every step of the way. If you’re looking for a coach, highly recommend her!!

Wouldn’t trade a single class. 🖤

I had a dance company for over 10 years and I forgot how much I miss that feeling.

Not the performance. Not the class. The rehearsal. The part where you are still figuring it out together. Where the room has an energy that does not exist anywhere else.

“Watch Your Step” by @disclosure feat. @kelis (@harveysutherland Remix) put me right back there. I could not stop listening until the movement came out. So I got a few of my people that were available and we had a time!

This is Rehearsal. There is more coming.

Thank you @w4yvideography for your 🎥 skills and to @am4ndy620 for the 🎥 assist!

A serendipitous moment of flashback to how I started
One year since I got back consistently on the dance floor got me excited
To the friendships I built as I returned to a passion I have always been delighted
To the energy of the universe that fed my spirit with fuel to get through everyday, unfazed, uninhibited

As I was enjoying my steak and red wine, I glanced through my photos and the first picture of the studio was March 22, 2025, and it was the day I started dancing again (shout out to @bdcnyc ), breaking my depressive cycles of being alone during weekends in NYC. The dance floor was a witness to how I grew (and lost weight lol), how I bounced back and found my groove, how I transformed my madness into movement and how I met some of the most awesome human beings in NYC. It was a journey! 😌✨

This is 36 ♥️ August is coming to an end and what an amazing month I had. I couldn’t be more grateful for all the love and laughter I’ve had these past few weeks.

I always forget to take pictures but luckily we have some to remember the amazing fun and community building we shared this month.

My cup is overflowing. Thank you all for coming together to celebrate with me and to support @supermatt1123 and being a part of growing our dance community ♥️♥️🌟🌟🌟

May September be filled with more dancing both on the studio and the dance floor!!!! Wooo woop

I’m excited to announce that my BEGINNER STREET JAZZ INTENSIVE is back for a special ONE-DAY, 4-HOUR SESSION — open to all levels! 🎶

🔗 LINK IN BIO ⬆️

Finally getting to share footage from the last one — it was such an amazing day!

You can now join us for the next one on August 2nd at 10AM in NYC.

Over time, through my classes, I’ve been crafting exercises that go beyond choreography to help students develop a deeper understanding of their movement — all within a Street Jazz context. This workshop brings it all together, and I’m proud of how effective it has proven to be. It’s hard work, but it’s absolutely worth it.

Among other things, we’ll be working on:
• Drills
• Repetition
• Textures
• Reference points within your movement.
• Speed changes, directions, and more

I take a lot of pride in this intensive — not just because I built it from scratch, but specially because of the incredible people it always brings together.
Every group that joins is focused, open, and willing to embrace the discomfort that comes with the repetition necessary for real growth.

This time, I’m also offering:

✨ Scholarships for future events
👕 Exclusive Cafe Neto T-shirts 😂

📅 August 2nd at 10AM in NYC
📍 Link in bio to secure your spot

💸 Special deals available for alumni, early bird sign-ups, and private lessons!
