The plan was to record the whole session but that went out the window when Isla decided it was going to be her functional session for the week as well 🏋️‍♀️

If like me you have your child through half terms also then having a flexible approach to training is essential!

How do I do this?
FULL BODY TRAINING, do not try and bro split or focus on 1 element of training per session. There time is more important than your gym session- in and out and hit everything for a couple sets

Session today:
- Leg extensions
- lateral raise
- chest fly variation
- BB incline press
- lat pull down
- Bicep/tricep superset
- rear Delt fly

Fortunate my daughter is golden and so well behaved that we get to do this 🙏

Dad got a pump…. Isla clearly got a better one 🫡

Couldn’t wish for a better Saturday morning than games boxing and laughs with the sweetest and courageous girlies 🥰🥊 The littlens getting me out my comfort zone doing gymnastics lol and the older girls giving me a run for my money with some body sparring this week hope everyone has the best school holidays love you all 💛

So I've had 10 days off the gym now and I've got a few more left but before then I had a dabble with deadlifts for fun... I haven't done a deadlift since April and I was 2 weeks post show.

Maybe one of my goals now should be to aim for a 150kg deadlift 🤔

Pull done in 40 minutes, in and out 💨
▪️2 pulls downs
▪️2 rowing movements
▪️1 Hamstring movement
▪️1 Bicep movement (not filmed)

Hoist pull down x 3
Mega mass Tbar x 2
Nautilus single arm pull down x 2
Cable seated row x 2
Seated hamstring curl x 3
Bicep curl x 3

I superseta bicep curl with the hamstring curls at the ends but didn’t film 🎥
