It took six years for Graham’s snuggly side to come out, but the kids finally brought it out of him.

PUPDATE: ADOPTED 10/19 ❤️🎉 4 days left to save Rolly #A2738972 💔💔

A few updates on Rolly:
His deadline was extended to October 21st so we have less than 4 days to get him out of the shelter.

A boxer rescue may be willing to step up for Rolly, BUT WE NEED TO FIND HIM A FOSTER. (Or better yet adopter ❤️)

He was tested in a playgroup with dogs today and did well! He was shown to be gentle, dainty and curious. He also has recent notes that state “Pet was taken out by enrichment. Pet was easy to leash. He was very excited to go outside so he did pull a bit… In playyard, he played with tennis balls and rope toys… After he played for a bit, he was taken for a walk. He still pulled a little bit, but not as much… Pet went back into kennel with no incident.”

ROLLY’S PAWVENTURE REPORT CARD 📝

❤️ ADVENTURE BUDDY: Loves walks, hiking, sniffing, exploring, & playing ball. He needs appropriate outlets for his energy.

❤️ POTENTIAL CUDDLEBUG: After exercise, I can picture him relaxing on the couch with his person. He deserves the chance to find his best friend.

❤️ GREAT CAR COMPANION: Calm and quiet in the car! It’s become one of his favorite places, he tries to hop in any car he can.

❤️ NEEDS LEASH PRACTICE: Gets excited on walks and needs leash training. With patience, consistency, and positive reinforcement, he will absolutely thrive.

❤️ THE HERDING BALL: His fixation needs responsible management. Start by skipping the red herding ball! He deserves someone willing to work with him, not write him off.

🐕❤️ DOGS: His playgroup from 10/16 went well! He was gentle, dainty, and curious. During pawventures he walked past small dogs without issue. Of course with any pet introductions always remember SLOW and careful introductions are key. Rolly will need proper time to decompress.

❤️ CATS: Untested; compatibility is unknown.
