Gotta lock in and serve my purpose here on Earth. 🙏🏽 My God is who I owe it all to. Without Him and the real ones on my team who remind me of who I am, I wouldn’t be where I am today.

I’ve been through a LOT of shit in life, but it never broke me because my love and faith in God kept me going. I’ve been accused of shit I didn’t do, took the blame like the champ I am, and carried things that weren’t even mine to carry.

There were seasons where I lost myself but not my character. Seasons where I lost my voice. But that season is OVER and DONE WITH. 🙌🏽 I fought through all of that, and I’m still fighting my own damn demons, but I’m learning, growing, healing, and becoming the person God created me to be.

Life ain’t easy, but it’s worth it when you put God FIRST. 🙏🏽

Sometimes you may think walking away is a LOSS, but it’s not. It’s a LESSON. And sometimes the blessings come AFTER you have the courage to walk away.

Don’t be afraid to walk away. Walking away is NOT weakness — it’s STRENGTH. It’s GROWTH. It’s choosing YOU. It’s choosing your PEACE. It’s choosing your PURPOSE.

STAY TRUE TO YOURSELF, even when somebody is trying to DIM YOUR LIGHT. ✨

You survived what was supposed to break you. Now LOCK IN, keep your faith, protect your peace, and serve the purpose God placed inside of you. 🙏🏽❤️‍🔥 #fyp #selflove #mentalhealth #boxing #discipline

🥊🔥 LAST NIGHT WAS FIGHT NIGHT! 🔥🥊

What an incredible night! The energy, the crowd, the fighters, the atmosphere — everything was absolutely LIT! 💯🔥 There’s nothing like being there in person, surrounded by people who love boxing and feeling that excitement when the fights are about to start.

Much love and appreciation to my brother Anthony for showing us so much love and hospitality and bringing us out to this amazing Championing Mental Health event. 🙏🏾❤️ It was an honor to be there, support the cause, and experience such an unforgettable night.

The Tyson Squad was officially in the building! 👊🏾🥊🔥

Big love to everyone who made this night special. The memories, the energy, and the love will stay with me. Keep fighting, keep believing, and keep championing mental health. 🧠❤️🏆

FTK means “Fu€k Th3m K!dz.” 😂

As parents, guardians, and caregivers, sometimes we just need a RESET! 🔄

Because these kids will have you overstimulated and working your nerves, blood pressure, pockets, food, mind… ALL OF IT! 🤣🤣🤣 And sometimes you just gotta say, “FTK!”

Go get your PEACE OF MIND! 🧘🏽‍♀️✨
(After you make your childcare arrangements, of course. 🤦🏽‍♀️😂)

We love these kids, but we deserve a break too! Take some time for yourself, recharge, breathe, laugh, and just DO YOU! ❤️ Don’t forget who you are before kids.

And while you’re at it, make sure you grab your FTK shirt so they already know WHAT TIME IT IS! 🤣🤣🤣

FTK — Because sometimes parents need a RESET, too! 😂🔥

Who doesn’t love their kids and would do ANYTHING for them? ❤️ We’re always making sure they’re happy, smiling, and taken care of. But sometimes… WE need to make ourselves smile too! 😂

Sometimes we just need some good ol’ ME TIME! No “Mommy, this…” No “Daddy, that…” No “Auntie, can I…” No “Uncle, can I…” No “Grandma, can I…” No “Grandpa, can I…” and definitely not the never-ending:

“Can I have, can I have, can I have, CAN I HAVE?!?” 🤣🤣🤣

You know damn well there are days when you just want to say:

“FU€K TH3M K!Dz!” 😂😂😂

It doesn’t mean you don’t love them. It means you need a RESET! Take that time for YOU. Relax. Breathe. Laugh. Do YOU! Because parents deserve some peace and quiet too. 😩😂❤️

Go ahead and grab your FTK shirt and let the world know! 🔥😂 #fyp #ftk #bayarea #smallbusiness #tshirt
