THIS IS 33 🎉🎊 A little reintroduction, because there are so many new faces here… and today feels like the perfect day to tell you who I am Hi, I’m Chef Boxiy. I’m the woman behind Boxiy’s Oven — a pastry chef, instructor, baker, bakery and cafe consultant, business owner, and honestly… a woman still figuring it all out as she goes 🤣🤭 A few years ago, I could only imagine what it would feel like to build something that was truly mine. Something that carried my name. Something I could pour my creativity into. Something that started as an idea in my heart and slowly became real. And now, somehow, I’m standing in the middle of that dream. Is it exactly where I thought I’d be? No. Am I where I want to be? Not yet. Am I headed there ? ABSOLUTELY YES I’ve learned that building something of your own is so much more than making beautiful things. It stretches you. It humbles you. It teaches you patience. It asks you to believe in yourself even on the days when you don’t quite feel like you can. And somehow, in building this business, I’ve been building myself too. So if you’re new here, WELCOME You’ll see pastries, cakes, bread, experiments that may or may not make it to the menu 😂, behind-the-scenes chaos, beautiful things coming out of the oven, and a whole lot of heart. But you’ll also see me. The woman behind the apron. The woman behind the boxes. The woman behind the dream. I’m still becoming. Still learning. Still dreaming bigger. And I’m so grateful you’re here to witness it.
