A friend recently said to me "𝘐 𝘢𝘭𝘴𝘰 𝘢𝘱𝘱𝘳𝘦𝘤𝘪𝘢𝘵𝘦 𝘩𝘰𝘸 𝘮𝘢𝘯𝘺 𝘢𝘮𝘢𝘻𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘧𝘦𝘮𝘢𝘭𝘦𝘴 𝘧𝘳𝘪𝘦𝘯𝘥𝘴 𝘺𝘰𝘶 𝘩𝘢𝘷𝘦." I've always thought Ma was a Girl Mum at her core, and through the circumstances of life ended up raising three boys on her own. But it felt like she was at least supposed to have one daughter to share all her energy, stories and sensibilities with.

I've taken stock in the fact that she'd be happy to know her son has so many sisters – amazing, talented and hard working women in his life, like Ma.

year of the horse, of turning 30, of doing hard things with the whole stable in my corner 💛🐁 was reminded that i’m tougher than I think but still soft and open to the world, and I owe that to the loved ones who tend to the grass around me

I managed to survive the first (and possibly last) No Quarter Girls Tour of Singapore.

Here's the high and lowlights of the trip.
Firstly: As always we have to thank all our teammates, sparring partners and loved ones. Without you none of this would be possible.

So let's set the stage, The Legacy Women's Championship is a two day event open to all levels run in cooperation with Singapore Boxing. 3 x 3 minute rounds 10oz gloves and 80% humidity

Let's start with our foster child @maddiesmithfit came to Singapore for her first competitive boxing experience. She has been doing great work with @laceemup_jake 2 fights for 2 wins and 1 via stoppage.

@luciavyn my favourite little boxing project. This woman never ceases to amaze me. She is an absolute trooper, jumped into the ring was sick as a dog and still went to war for 3 rounds. Sadly she lost on a split decision.

@natysavinova taking on 2 Singaporean flyweight representatives. Picking up 2 wins and showing great improvements in areas.

@boxwithrox_ 2 fights for 2 dominant wins she also picking up the fighter of the tournament trophy.

@_mizzy.gzc walked away with 1 win and 1 loss.
But the loss was to the International rep for Singapore. A massive step up for Mia.
She did extremely well even though she cried every 15 minutes. But I see a big future ahead of her.

Assistant coach @sim0nsayzz thank you for all your support over the two days.

Lastly I have to mention the matriarch of the group @nancy.mouawad82 had to pull out last minute due to an injury. She was sadly missed but she was with us in spirit and all our victories were also yours.

You all performed extremely well and managed the unknown territory like veterans. You all did your coaches proud.
Enjoy the victories and the celebrations.

Thank you to @leonahui for running an amazing tournament and for allowing us to take part.. You have built an amazing women's boxing community.
