A day in the life of Bocas del Toro starts slowly at Casa Botanica with coffee and breakfast overlooking the jungle before the island wakes up. A boat ride to Bastimentos for a cacao farm tour, where you learn how one of Panama’s most beloved exports goes from bean to chocolate. 🌿

Then it’s lunch at a local favorite and an afternoon spent lounging by the natural salt water pool soaking up the Caribbean sunshine.

Then it’s off to Boya de Vida for drinks in the middle of the ocean, followed by a waterfront dinner at La Coralina Island House as the sun begins to set.
