My birthday used to be about me. This one is different. As I get older, I’m realizing my life is about legacy. I’m grateful for the man who raised me and now I’m preparing to raise a son of my own. That’s a responsibility I will not take lightly. I pray I continue to grow into a man who honors my father, leads my family with strength and gives my son someone he’ll always be proud to call Poppy. I came into this journey not fully knowing what I was carrying, but I learned how to carry it anyway. There were seasons where things felt heavy, uncertain, and overwhelming but I kept going, not because it was easy, but because I had a goal I refused to let go of. And somehow, through all the growing pains, I didn’t just survive it, I became someone stronger, softer, and more sure of myself than when I started. God was the foundation over everything, steady when I was unsure, present when I felt stretched, and faithful in ways I didn’t always understand in the moment.

Looking back, it wasn’t just about making it through it was about becoming. And I did.

Psalm 20:4
“May he give you the desire of your heart and make all your plans succeed”.

In T-minus 3 days, I’ll officially be an FAU alumna with a Bachelor of Arts in Health Science and Minor in Health Administration and to that i say.. hoot hoot!🦉 💙❤️
