Deep navy walls and custom built-ins envelop this club lounge room, giving it a wonderfully cozy and intimate character. Natural wood, warm woven textures, and crisp cream upholstery soften the darker palette, creating a coastal space that feels relaxed, layered, and timeless.
The focal point is Kuba, an incredible textural work we commissioned from one of my favorite artists @JonathanMatthewMoore. We have received so many inquiries about this piece and feel truly honored to have it in this space. 🌊

Autumn at our cottage in Nantucket. The ocean on one side, the lighthouse out back, pumpkins on the steps, a fire going inside. We love being here this time of year.

Small space, plenty of function. ✨

This hardworking little mudroom/laundry room proves that you don’t need a lot of square footage to make every inch count. A durable cement tile floor can handle wet shoes, sandy feet—and even the occasional washing machine mishap—while plenty of hooks and shoe storage keep the comings and goings organized.

Because on Nantucket, where life is lived in and out of the house all day long, there’s really no such thing as too many hooks. 🤍

The contrast of warm wood and coastal blue caught my eye in this bunk room. The natural light adds another layer to the composition.

There’s something about a sunny corner with deep, comfortable seating that just invites you to stay a while. When setting up this reading nook, we wanted a space that felt calm, uncluttered, and effortlessly chic.

Between the rich velvet tones, the soft natural light, and the quiet color palette, every element was selected to bring warmth and elegance into the room.

A little pattern can go a long way. In this powder room, a bold wallpaper brings personality to the space. Complimented by the simplicity of the oak vanity, soft sconces, and classic white sink, everything feels fresh and balanced.

Taking a seat at the Ocean’s Edge. We opted for weathered and woven seats that invite guests to linger a bit longer, and clean lines that blend into the horizon. #KennerknechtDesignGroup

Central to this dining area is a Lindsey Adelman chandelier, gently drawing attention with intricate rope and hand-blown glass orbs. A beautiful handcrafted dining table from O&G Studios welcome guests to gather at this seaside escape. #KennerknechtDesignGroup
