What a weekend: 4 days, 3 nights. Ithaca, NY.
Spent in a beautiful home in the hills with an incredible view, hiking, amazing food and watching my beautiful friends shine for their first yoga retreat collab.

Lots of hugs, laughs, tears, pour overs, connecting with current yoga buddies and making new ones.

@julesgrodensky & @deliberately_breathing I am so proud of you and so blessed to have you in my life.

Can’t wait to be in the same room with all of you again.

✨ My pop-up series is back! ✨
I’m so excited to share that Inner Sanctuary is returning for another round💛

The love & beautiful feedback from the first series truly touched my heart

Inner Sanctuary is an invitation to slow down, reconnect with your body, mind, & spirit, & gently come back home to yourself

Each class includes:
🌿 Qigong
🌬️ Breathwork & meditation
🧘 Yin Yoga
🎶 Sound Healing
✨ Reiki throughout the practice

every person receives a small, hand-selected gift that I thoughtfully choose before class. It’s my little way of honoring each of you 🫶🏻

Inner Sanctuary will most likely never become a permanent weekly class. It’s a special pop-up series that makes occasional appearances throughout the year, with dates & times that may shift from month to month

🌙 For August, all of the classes happen to fall on Saturdays (but not every Saturday), so be sure to keep an eye on the posted dates!

✨ Registration is open now. (Link in bio)
You can join with a drop-in for $18, or use a punch pass and enjoy all of the beautiful classes offered by the incredible teachers at Connection Yoga Sanctuary

Thank you for allowing me to share these spaces with you. It is truly such a gift & an honor to serve in this way

From my heart to yours… I can’t wait to welcome you into the sanctuary. 🤍

With love, peace, and gratitude,
Kaylee 🌲🌀🙏🏻💕🕉️

To me, sangha is more than just sharing a space—it’s the shared energy, the collective breath, and the quiet comfort of knowing you don’t have to walk the path alone.
Thankful for the beautiful community that yoga has brought into my life💖

300 hours of transformation with @thegratefulyoga in Costa Rica.

This journey brought me new friendships that truly felt like home, unforgettable experiences, and the kind of growth that comes from showing up fully every single day. We worked hard—mind, body, and heart—and it changed me in all the best ways.

There were so many firsts: dancing in the rain, feeding a monkey, visiting a waterfall, and even getting tattoos with friends. The food was incredible, nourishing, and made with such care.

I left with a deeper practice, a clearer mind, and a heart full of gratitude. A special thanks to Vida Asana and The Grateful Yoga for an amazing experience. None of this possible without my amazing husband and all the friends who supported our family while Mama was away! Costa Rica, thank you for the magic.

✨COSTA RICA✨
I’ve been home over a week now and still don’t have the words to capture what this experience means/meant to me.

I was anxious to leave home for 2.5 weeks but I had no idea the beauty that was in store for me.
To be in a beautiful country surrounded by the most beautiful landscape, animals, and people.. to learn more about the practice that I adore and that has changed my life… to learn more about myself.. I’m truly blessed.
I’m so grateful to everyone that I got to meet along the way or know deeper through this journey.

Thank you to @vidaasana for sharing your beautiful space and home and making sure we all were taken care of at every moment.
Thank you @emseibelyoga for being my constant rock, friend, cheerleader, and roommate.

Thank you @julesgrodensky for sharing your wisdom, humor, and love of life and love for this practice with us all.

And most of all, thank you @thegratefulyoga. Thank you for allowing this experience to take place, for sharing your knowledge, wisdom, love and kindness. For allowing me to show up exactly as I am and celebrating me for it, for seeing me, challenging me, and believing in me. I’m so grateful you’re my teacher and friend 💜

I encourage you all, do everything you can to chase that beautiful life you’re wanting… chase that day dream you think about every day… it may be scary but it’s worth it. Dream big yogis💖

✨ Transformation and Becoming ✨

I’ve just returned from an epic journey in the jungle of Costa Rica 🌀🌺🧘‍♀️

I found myself drawn into a 200HR Vinyasa Yoga Teacher Training this October- it wasn’t something I was seeking, and yet it seemed to just call me in🧚🏼‍♀️

So I went on a journey of transformation- exploring my darkness, my light, my love and devotion 🙏🫶

I let myself be deeply vulnerable and afraid- and I found Growth and Love- a space of Becoming 🌱🦋

I’m always where I’m meant to be- always home in myself- and I practice daily to remember this 🧘‍♀️

I’m so grateful for this magical opportunity to grow, to learn, to connect deeply with new souls and to shine ✨

Deep gratitude to everyone who came on this journey- I love you all, and I’m SO proud of you 🥹🥰🤸‍♀️🫶

And a big shining firework of Gratitude to The Grateful Yoga for creating the opportunity for us all to be co-creators in this experience 🙏💥💗

I’ll be so thrilled to be sharing more classes and practices with you all in the future inspired by this training. Let’s grow and heal together- sharing the wisdom, sharing the love 🫶✌️🫶

In Love,
Jai
