ONE YEAR OF ANTCYCLE 🙌🏽

a little over a year ago, I graduated SoulCycle instructor training and taught my very first class on the schedule in nyc. ironically, it was a 5:30pm friday in FiDi… which we now all know and love as CLUB ANT 🥹🕺🏽🪩

soul came into my life after seeing a really ugly side of the group fitness industry, and completely reignited my passion for inspiring people through movement and music. from day one, the people here wrapped their arms around me and I haven’t let go since 🫂

from new york city, to miami, to los angeles, to san francisco - I’ve had the time of my fucking life being your coach.

getting to work alongside some of the most talented athletes in the industry is a dream come true for me. the people around me are not only brilliant, but so unapologetically true to who they are; and boy… is it contagious. SOUL has become the place where I get to feel, cry, express myself, heal, and grow — both as a performer and as a person.

it’s impossible to fully explain the amount of joy I feel on that bike with you all, but what I can say is this:

I am so unbelievably proud of what we’ve built here.

and I love that everyone knows an Anthony Keeling rider when they see one. 💛

thank you @marvinfosterjr @johnatkins @melaniegriffithnyc @mattytmills @christopherjacobchandler @natalieohea for never giving up on me - even on the days I probably made it really easy to!

still can’t believe I get to call this a “job” and these people a home, but here’s to the best damn year of my life — and so many more to come @soulcycle 🏆
