Just desperate to prove the good outweighed the bad in the most year of the snake year I’ve ever heard of. I don’t need any resolutions this year- I’m already an entirely different person from the person I was a year ago (for better and for worse?) but I wouldn’t have survived without these people (please never leave me I love you all desperately) (I’m fine)

4 weeks ❤️‍🩹🩼

I knew this wouldn't be easy but I didn't anticipate just how much it would test me mentally. Name an emotion and I've probably felt it (she's a Cancer 🤪). As with most things in life healing isn't linear, and full recovery will take time. I could go on and on about how hard this has been but I'll share the snippets of the people and things that have held me and brought life to my soul this month...

- @mark_fields my rock, has cared for me so tenderly.
- Reminders sprinkled everywhere, pushing me to keep going.
- Daily calls with my little niecey love, checking in on my boo boo.
- Plants and sunshine (Home Depot's electric carts are superior, if you were wondering).
- Doula sisters who just get it @bquinnx.

Not pictured: every call, text, check in, visit, hug, gift, flower, meal delivered, Venmo, gift card, coffee, laugh, movie marathon, school drop off and pick up, grocery run, laundry washed, dishes done.

Life is so much sweeter in community and I'm forever grateful for mine. I seriously couldn't do this without you.

Thank you just isn't enough 🥹🫶🏽
