Online fitness client @brad.stueber ~6 month transformation at @bolobuilt_fitness

We lost a total of 40lbs throughout this transformation 🤯 this one still amazes me. We were able to fit our program into his busy lifestyle as a resort bartender. ALOT of the programming were simple home based workouts that he was able to do anywhere, and meals on the go.
We not only transformed his physique, but his whole lifestyle moving forward. Proud of you my man!

Spent some time with @mahipono @tiare_lawrence today and learned what they’re doing on Maui. We asked some difficult questions the best way we knew how with the help of chefs and bartenders and local Maui residents and we appreciate the honesty, time, and effort being put into a huge operation on Maui that we believe will help in the long run. No luxury condos, no strip malls, just agriculture for the 40,000 acres in hopes of hitting goals for local sustainability. Why plant citrus? Because we import 90% of citrus into the state. One step of many, but nothing happens overnight. Thank you for having us bartenders with our many questions about our homeland and supporting our F&B careers.

KarMART has been blessed with the opportunity to help 28 organizations this year alone. We take pride in helping others in any way we can. When you purchase a vehicle from KarMART, rent a car from @rentacarmaui , customize a vehicle from @ampmaui or get your car repaired @karmart_service_center your purchase doesn’t just pay for what you need! -
It helps to fund those organizations, sports teams or events that your family may be in, or a friend might be part of! You’re helping organizations be capable of doing the things they do for our community. That amount of support is invaluable! -
So remember, when working with KarMART you’re also working to better your community!
