In 2019, Alpha Sales Department was created by 2 knuckle head rookies at Ecoshield that had no idea what leadership was. That year ASD did $1.4M in revenue with a small group of rookies who believed in the vision, trusted their leaders, and took a chance on building something great together.

Fast forward just 7–8 summers later… we’re approaching $150M in sales. 🤯

That number isn’t just revenue. It represents thousands of sacrifices, countless late nights, early mornings, uncomfortable conversations, risks, failures, comebacks, and most importantly, the love, commitment, and dedication our leaders and sales reps have poured into this organization year after year.

To everyone who has ever believed in Alpha, sold for Alpha, led for Alpha, recruited for Alpha, or sacrificed something to help build this — thank you. This doesn’t happen without you.

And the craziest part?

This is just the tip of the iceberg.

The next 5–10 years are going to change everything.

We’re building Alpha Sales Department into the biggest sales organization in the country and a nine-figure, year-over-year sales organization.

2026: ~$150M
2030: We Shall See…
