Fowl Sounds is slowly morphing into a different direction so I thought we would start a new brand that reflected a lot of the work we did with dirt. Keep an eye out for legacy designs being reimagined with the new brand Distorted Dream Devices. But, here is our first official release. Trashmore gets its name from the legendary landfill-turned-park deeply rooted in 1980s skateboarding. As much as I loved being terrible at skateboarding, I swapped the deck for a guitar around 13. Then, I bought my first guitar pedal back in 1989—a black, oddly shaped enclosure with glow-in-the-dark graphics and named after a rodent.While its tone didn't immediately grab me at the time, gradually I grew to love it. Given how endlessly this classic circuit has been replicated, our aim was to honor its character while offering something distinct. Drops this Friday.
