Show No2 of my first bodybuilding season. No placing for us this time around but honestly I'm more than content about it.

16 high calibre junior athletes in my class, so the competition was tough and I was aware of this weeks before stepping on this stage. I went in with 0 expectations and just to enjoy the moment again and therefore I've left with more stage experience, no bad feelings and feedback from the judges to run with🫱🏼‍🫲🏽

Ultimately I'm still proud of the physique we bought to stage with significant improvements from the previous show which was 3 weeks prior, and so now we'll continue on this trajectory for the final show in 2.5 weeks from now. Let's end with a bang.

As much as winning and doing well is always the goal, I'm never gonna let the opinions of the judges alter my work ethic or mindset, bodybuilding is subjective and that is exactly why I'll continue to work with a smile on my face, as in my head I've already won the battle with myself (bro thinks hes tuff)

1st ever time on stage for @bradley.w9 and a very solid look presented.

Couldn’t have picked a tougher show to do than PCA NT5, but there’s no better way to find out where you stand in bodybuidling than jumping in at the deep end.

Walking away from the weekend with heads held high knowing that everything in our power (nailing the plan down to a T) was done and now with an even bigger fire lit for bodybuidling and a clear insight into what he wants his future to hold.

Now we go away, improve & come back in a few years time and present version 2.0

Can’t really put into words this weekend. A goal I set out to achieve 2.5 years ago is now completed.

When I came to you 2.5 years ago I told you I wanted to compete and we made it happen.

You’ve given me more than what a normal coach could provide. You’ve given me a career, lifestyle and passion that I want to put my all into and I’ve learnt so much from in this process.

I cannot wait for the next part of this process with you my bro 🫶🏻

@bradley.w9 this type of friendship is hard to find and hard to put into words.

To share a day and prep like this with your best mate is the best feeling in the world and I wouldn’t want to do it with anyone else.

PCA Naturals Weekend Wrap-up 🏆

Sat -🥇Classic Physique Medium
Sun -🎖️ 4th Place Classic Short

Half way through the season now, 2 regionals and 2 finals ✅

Securing a class win and then coming 4th at the finals the next day, especially in a stacked line up - just being able to say that is crazy.

Getting to share that win with the team and the people I love most made it just that more special.

Being able to see the improvements so visibly between the shows is something I’m proud to have achieved, even on this back to back show weekend, i know we looked even better going into the finals. @_jakewoodruff nailed this look, and I know for next weekend we’ll be even better again 🔥

Definitely some improvements still to be made, I know I didn’t hold presentation and posing to the standard I wanted - but that’s okay. It’s hard to not get in your head and ask the ‘what if’s’.

Lots of people have reminded me though and I’ve reminded myself to look at things realistically, what I’ve achieved for where I am in my journey and how young and inexperienced I still am, and what this means for future.

I’m thankful to have those people around me to keep my head screwed on and to remind me to proud of myself - because I am proud.

No time to waste though, 2 more shows to go, and much more passion than ever to bring the best I can 🗡️

Safe to say we brought the absolute best version of my physique to the stage today.

Great day, great people, great experience -> couldn’t fault it even if I wanted too.

A lot of work and a lot of help in the background went into this look today, and I’m forever thankful and blessed to have the support around me that I do 🫶

Onto the Natural Championships tomorrow, and we will bring an even better package 🗡️

That’s 3/5 shows wrapped up and what a season it’s been so far

I’ve loved every minute of this whole prep and the shows up until now, and I’ve already achieved more than I thought was possible this season which I’m beyond proud of

But it’s not over yet and I’m excited to see what the next two shows will bring

Next stop: PCA Germany 🇩🇪
