via the @heartmathinstitute website: “The Global Coherence Initiative is a science-based, co-creative project to unite people in heart-focused love and intention, to facilitate the shift in global consciousness from instability and discord to compassionate care, cooperation and increasing peace.”
.
Conscious breathing helps bring your heart into a state of coherence with your mind. 3at3 is quick, but it can serve as a great daily reminder to live with more balance.
.
Do you have any family/friends that you’d like to do 3at3 with? Tag them below so The Planet can relax a little bit more 😌. #whatsyournOrm?
