One of our favorite parts of the design process is creating a world that guests can step into.

For this Hamptons wedding, we imagined the weekend as a stay at "The Gottlieb Guesthouse" …. a charming, coastal retreat inspired by the couple and the feeling of spending a summer weekend at a beautiful Hamptons residence.

From the very beginning, we wanted every detail to reinforce that story. Guests "checked in" by finding their key on the escort display, which led them to their table, while ‘The Guest Book’ invited them to leave notes and memories from their ‘stay’. These weren’t just functional elements, they became part of the experience.

When a concept is carried through thoughtfully, details become more than decor. They create a sense of place, invite guests into the story, and transform a celebration into something truly immersive.

The Gottlieb Guesthouse may have only existed for one weekend, but that’s the magic of intentional design.

It’s a Hamptons summer, so naturally martini towers, hydrangea bouquets, and parasol umbrellas made the guest list.

Most people think florals start with choosing flowers.

For us, it starts with understanding the space and the story behind the celebration. The location, the season, the way you want the day to feel when everyone walks in.

Once those pieces are clear, the design naturally follows, resulting in florals that feel rooted in the setting, your personal preferences, and how they’re considered in every detail.

That first conversation is where it all begins.
