🏆 ARMY NATIONAL GUARD FUTURE LEADER AWARD I
Congratulations to Our Recipients! 🇺🇸

The Louisiana Army National Guard is proud to
recognize Brady Guillot, a senior at West Monroe High School, and Ra'Ziya Baity, a senior at Ouachita Parish High School, as recipients of the Future Leader Award, presented as part of the K104 Scoreboard Show!

Brady was presented his award by Sergeant First Class Jamie Trujillo, while Ra'Ziya was recognized by Staff Sergeant Bryson Gipson.

In the Army, leadership is defined as the activity of influencing people by providing purpose, direction, and motivation to accomplish the mission and improve the organization.

The Future Leader Award recognizes high school seniors who demonstrate those same qualities through their character, initiative, leadership potential, and positive influence on others. Brady and Ra'Ziya are already making a difference in their schools and communities, and we're proud to recognize them as Future Leaders.

Congratulations, Brady and Ra'Ziya! Continue to lead, influence others, and leave every organization better than you found it.

We would also like to thank All Star Trophies for teaming up with the Louisiana Army National Guard to help make the Future Leader Award possible and recognize outstanding young leaders throughout our area.

Could you be one of our next Future Leaders?
The Louisiana Army National Guard develops leaders and provides opportunities to serve, earn money for college, develop career skills, and make a difference in your community and across Louisiana.

Not only does West Monroe convert a critical third down, but the Rebs rip off a long touchdown run to take a 10-point lead (42-32) on Evangel with less than three minutes left in the game. #318preps
