Nested in the heart of Gilbert lies Landmark at Somerset—home to some truly incredible properties.
There’s just something different about seeing Somerset from above…
especially when the lights come on and the entire community starts to glow.
The architecture, the layout, the attention to detail—
it all hits different from the air.
Moments like this are why we do what we do.

This New Fenn Rogers build is underway in Paradise Valley 🏡✨

This Scandinavian modern masterpiece is going to be something special. Thoughtfully designed with both style and functionality in mind, the main residence will feature 4 bedrooms, 4 full bathrooms, and 2 half baths, along with a dedicated gym, workshop, atrium, game room, office, and prep kitchen. The design also includes a private garden off the primary suite and a beautifully integrated guest courtyard, creating a true indoor outdoor lifestyle experience.

Adding even more versatility, the property will also include a 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom guest casita complete with a full kitchenette — perfect for guests, extended family, or private overflow living. And for the car lovers, the home will feature two 2-car garages with 4-car depth, giving you serious room for storage, toys, and the collection 🚗🔥

There’s more but we will hold the rest for later! Stay tuned!!
