In true Libra fashion, I’m celebrating my birthday all month long and to do that, you have to start early. ❤️

But I’ll let you in on a little secret: every candle I blow out this month will have the same wish—that the people who celebrated with me this year are the same people in the room with me next year.

There is something incredibly surreal about watching moments that happened in complete silence between two people (and their loved ones) end up being seen all over the world.

Over the past few months, a handful of our photographs have been recognized by @prowed.award with Picture of the Day, Picture of the Week, Picture of the Month, and even Picture of the Year honors.

While that’s certainly exciting as artists, the awards themselves aren’t what mean the most.

What means the most is knowing that these are real moments.

A groom quietly reading a letter before seeing his partner.
Bridesmaids laughing with their best friend, the bride, on the shuttle ride to the ceremony.
Parents helping their children get ready.
Happy tears.
Quiet portraits.
Loud dance floors.

These aren’t styled shoots. They aren’t models. They’re people who trusted us with one of the most meaningful days of their lives.

To have those stories resonate with photographers across the globe is something we’ll never take for granted.

To every couple who has invited us into your lives, trusted us with your memories, and allowed us to create alongside you—thank you. These awards belong to you just as much as they do to us.

Beyond grateful for everything 2025 brought and taught me 🌟
It was a year of showing up, over and over again. Setting up booths, breaking them down, meeting strangers who turned into regulars then friends, and watching people light up when they put something on that makes them feel powerful and seen 🥲

This year I vended at some of the biggest events I’ve ever done 🙌🏽
Market Days which is my largest event to date and my first out of state gig in Chicago, Purple Party, Dallas Pride, and TX Latino Pride, just to name a few 😍 I even threw a fashion show which challenged me in ways I never thought possible, but ended up being a huge success in the end ⚔️

Every event pushed me, taught me something new, and reminded me why I started HUNG in the first place.
I’m already dreaming about doing it all again in 2026 🤩 Returning to familiar spaces and finding new cities, new events, and new places to bring HUNG next 💫

Thank you to every single person who stopped by, supported, shared, or enjoyed my work and everyone I’ve met along the way, thank you for being part of this journey.
This is only the beginning 🖤

One year ago we were zipping suitcases and triple-checking passports, getting ready to fly to Zermatt, Switzerland to celebrate Matt & Brady.

Getting to build a life together that includes travel, meaningful work, and the best humans on the face of the earth never stops feeling surreal in the most amazing way.

More adventures are already on the calendar.
Next stop: Lake Como, Italy 🇮🇹
