HUGE thank you to INSOMNIA COOKIES (located in university village), as they donated 55 cookies for our group run tonight!💜

We are so grateful for all of the community’s continued support, and we thoroughly enjoyed the post run sweet treat… as you can tell.

BIG weekend for us as we host our first 5k race on campus in collaboration with @fgcurecwell . If you haven’t yet, be sure to register using the link which can be found in our highlights:) We are strongly encouraging a $10 race donation fee per participant.

Check in & registration begins at 7:00am. Hard start at 8:00am for the race. Stick around after for some fun, vendors, refreshments, and awards! Can’t wait💪💪

Is it the grind or is it the passion? At this point, I don’t know the difference. Just loving every second & enjoying the fruits of my labor 🙏

New room. Same mindset. 🥇

Built for work, not shortcuts—every rep in here means something. 🤼‍♂️

One standard: show up ready to get better. 😤
