Rain falls.
Shell casings scatter.
Another witness is silenced.

A new sneak peek from Le Notti di Sangue premieres this Friday.

Le Notti di Sangue – “A Walk in the Rain”

When a frightened witness disappears into a rainy night and turns up dead the next morning, Detective Vincent Capelli knows this isn’t just a mugging gone wrong—it’s a perfectly executed ambush. Now he’s hunting soldiers, not just street criminals.

Written and directed by Wilmington High School student Domenic Bonanno, Le Notti di Sangue is an original 1950s noir crime drama following two Worcester detectives as they investigate a series of brutal gangland murders that reveal a far more dangerous conspiracy beneath the city’s streets.

Watch “A Walk in the Rain” this Friday and follow the next chapter of the investigation.

Some of the usual suspects from Le Notti di Sangue, an upcoming film by Dom Bonanno.

Putting together the set for the circa 1955 detective office in the upcoming “Le Notti di Sangue,” written and directed by Wilmington High Sophomore Dom Bonanno, has been truly a team effort, from thrift store finds, facebook marketplace freebies, eBay, Savers and our incredible students allowing us to create some epic mugshots. And the set still isn’t quite done.

A murder outside Boston Arena. A crime boss back on the streets. A detective haunted by the past.

Le Notti de Sangue is a 1950s noir crime thriller created by WCTV’s young filmmakers, blending mob drama, mystery, and suspense with real New England locations and cinematic storytelling. From rain-soaked train yards to smoky diners and shadowy back alleys, our students are building an entire world from the ground up.

Coming soon.
