Saw Living Proof, Pound For Pound, Square One, Fixed Game and Step 2 This last night at The Attic. Embarrassed for all the "democore" and youth crew heads who did not recognize the Righteous Jams, Inside Out and Supertouch (even tho I don't like Supertouch) covers during LP and S1. Guess Invasion is the only song you know at all

On the latest episode of the @ncspodcast716 we interviewed @braincellbattle_ singer of the Long Island Band @pound4poundhc . Julie lived in Buffalo for a bit before returning to Long Island a few years ago . Julie had played in such bands as Selective Aggression and the Elite while she was in Buffalo. We talked to Julie about her hardcore history and what shes been up top lately. Julie has been on a couple of times and is
always fun to talk to. Check out Pound for Pound if ya see em on a flyer.

Square One, Formal, Care Free, Fightback ft. Who Remembers, By All Means and Pound For Pound. Cool seeing youngbloods from all over the country (Minnesota, Maryland, Kansas, New Jersey, NYC and Long Island) playing Brooklyn for some Monday night mosh. Every band was sick. A lot ot covers as happens at Gold Sounds but Square One wins for covering an Inside Out song other than No Spiritual Surrender and Burning Fight
