🌸Gayatri’s journey with Family Constellation began with her first workshop with me, and since then, she has attended two more.

🌸Now, inspired by the profound shifts she’s experienced, she is on her way to becoming a facilitator herself.

✨Our family’s energy field holds both wounds and an incredible resilience, and healing these layers takes courage.

✨I feel deeply humbled and grateful witnessing the beautiful transformation in my clients, especially when they are moved to share this healing light with others.

❤️More power to you, Gayatri!🙌

🚠⛰️During my upcoming Mountain Bliss Retreat in Dehradun, I’ll be offering Family Constellation sessions as part of the experience.

📧To receive more details, feel free to DM me!

🙌And if you’d like a Family Constellation workshop in your city, drop YOUR CITY NAME in the comments. 🖋️

See you in divine timing!🕰️

Warmly,
Romshri

✨But first save this reel 🧵

✨Our recent Family Constellation Workshop in Delhi was an incredible experience, rich with deep insights and transformative moments for all who took part! Heartfelt thanks to each participant for bringing their energy and openness to make this journey so powerful. ✨

✨6 Things to Expect in a Family Constellation Workshop✨

1️⃣ Your Issue: Bring a personal or family issue you’d like to resolve—often a pattern rooted in family dynamics.

2️⃣ Role-Playing: You might be asked to represent a family member or dynamic within the system. You will also ask others to play a role for your constellation.

3️⃣ Knowing Field: Experience a powerful connection, where representatives intuitively feel family insights without prior knowledge. It is the knowing filed that holds the history of your family.

4️⃣ Truth Statements: Speak simple, powerful phrases that reveal hidden patterns, offering clarity and relief.

5️⃣ Healing Gestures: Participate in symbolic gestures like bowing or sitting, which create shifts and support reconciliation.

6️⃣ Facilitator’s Guidance: The facilitator guides the process intuitively, respecting each unique family story.

Comment “Constellation” to be a part of our next Family Constellation Workshop!

We forgive others easily but why don't we think about forgiving ourselves when we don't meet our expectations?

Yes, you have done mistakes.
But are you going to allow that define you? Are you going to let it ruin your entire life?

You need to take your missteps seriously but it doesn't define you. You are not worthless.

Acknowledge that not everyone is self-aware or empathetic enough to admit they have done something wrong. Appreciate that you're the kind of person who can recognize your faults and mistakes.

When you forgive yourself, you let go of your grievances and judgments and allow healing to start.
