My daughter recently requested that I make her a Dollhouse Horse Stables. Since she has me around her finger naturally I’m trying to make it extra special. This is round 1 of progress pics. Special thank you to @jt_sculptures for his endless guidance and encouragement. I’d encourage you to check out his work and what he’s accomplishing with partners like @bramley.nz Bramley makes some of the best quality tools I’ve seen and the team has first class customer service. This local company has been around for over 100 years!
They make their Bramley tools (like this hand shear) right here in New Zealand.

The mighty hand shear is one of the most underrated tools in the workshop.
This model is rated to 5mm thick mild steel - it has no trouble cutting through high carbon files (annealed of corse)
I’ll be cutting well over 1000 pieces for this horse sculpture, often cutting the same piece 2-3 times to get it to fit.
This tool will save so much time, money on cutting discs and it’ll help keep the workshop nice and clean. (No cutting sparks)
