POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

When was the last time you let yourself just “be”?

I did just that! A few weeks ago on a retreat to Menorca. And it was soooo special. ☺️

It was a gorgeous, sunny location in the mountains with views to die for, the beautiful boutique hotel Son Ermita by @vestige.collections, scrumptious food and an all-female group - many of us female founders.

But it was so much more.

We were women brought together as equals. And all there for our own reasons. The most common one being a craving to just “be” and find ourselves.

And I hadn’t anticipated the power of this amazing group of women. Or how quickly and how deeply we would connect. Women holding one another up, sharing deep, real-life stories in the safe space we’d created together. Like a magical cocoon.

I also didn’t expect to connect with myself on such a profound level. Healing tears moved to tears of joy through yoga and breath work sessions with @rachaelrichardsyoga, sound baths as well as journalling with @rosiejnixon, wonderful facials with @bramley surrounded by women who just “got it”.

So powerful and uplifting - yes there were tears, and squishy hugs and belly laughs too.

The experience gave me the space to be myself, to be grateful for who I am, be bloody proud of what I’ve achieved (so far) and to let myself be fully in the moment. Anyone who knows me well knows how big a deal this is for me.

I’m holding onto all the feels with a smile in my soul and a renewed twinkle in my eye!

It’s proven what I know - that women thrive by connecting in real life, creating supportive communities and lasting collaborations.

Oh, and that there are so many incredible, badass women out there. And I’m proud to be one of them. 💪🏻💪🏻 #finallyfabulous

A privilege to experience this magic with such a special friend @45_on_the_mend too - love ya!

Thank you so much @thecollectiveonretreat for such a treat!

And to this lot!

💗 Our Care Packs: Wrapped in Love & Kindness 💗

For 10 years, Oscar’s Wish Foundation has provided Care Packs to families spending time in the Willow Room and Willow Suite at @uhsussex in Brighton and Haywards Heath.

From our own experiences of baby loss, this project was created because we knew how heartbreaking those moments can be, and how much it means to feel cared for when your world has fallen apart.

These small acts of kindness remind families that they are not alone.

Earlier this year, Beth, Felix’s mummy, joined our volunteer family and was passionate about helping us continue this meaningful project.

With incredible dedication, she reached out to businesses with the aim of creating 100 Care Packs for bereaved parents touched by the loss of their baby or babies.

What an incredible response she had!

We are so grateful to these wonderful companies for their generous donations of hygiene and personal care items:
🩷 @lush — Crawley Store
🩷 @bramleyproducts
🩷 @horstedplace
🩷 @greenpeopleuk
🩷 @moogooskincareuk
🩷 @mitchumuk
🩷 @saltoftheearthdeodorant

A huge thank you to everyone who donated through our Amazon Wishlist, too. Every contribution helped make these packs possible. 🫶

And Beth, thank you for your time, compassion and generosity, including purchasing some of the remaining items yourself.

We are so grateful to have you as part of our charity team & volunteer family. 💕

“These packs cannot take away the pain of losing a precious baby, but we hope they offer a little comfort and a gentle reminder that someone cares.”

Thank you for helping us wrap bereaved families in kindness, dignity and compassion when they need it most Beth & all.

With love and gratitude,
Oscar’s Wish Foundation

✨🌿 A little Bramley goodness at the Sacred Pause Retreat 🌿✨

I’m so excited to be using these beautiful Bramley skincare products once again this weekend at the very special @retreatatellasfield for the Sacred Pause Retreat 🤍

A place that holds such a special place in my heart, where women come together to slow down, reconnect with themselves and find space to rest, restore and simply be. 🌙

Bramley’s beautiful range is inspired by nature, bringing together botanical ingredients and gorgeous natural aromas to create a truly nourishing skincare experience. 🌿 From refreshing rose petal toner and gentle cleansing micellar water to rich, moisturising face creams and nourishing facial oils, these products help cleanse, soften and hydrate the skin, leaving it feeling refreshed, comfortable and beautifully cared for.

For me, a facial is about so much more than skincare. It’s a chance to completely switch off, release tension, be nurtured and give yourself permission to receive. ✨

Alongside my facials and massage treatments, I’ll also be offering a deeply grounding sound bath, creating space for relaxation, reconnection and a little bit of magic. 🎶🤍

Feeling so grateful to be returning to this beautiful space, sharing what I love and holding space for women to pause, breathe and come back to themselves.

Because sometimes, the most beautiful thing we can do is slow down and allow ourselves to be cared for. 🌿✨
