Our next 2026 Hall of Fame spotlight is Tricia Gomes ‘97. During her time on the softball team, Gomes had two separate seasons featuring a .560 batting average, cementing her place as one of the most lethal offensive threats in program history. Read the full feature on how the drive and discipline Gomes displayed on the softball field carried over into her career after Brandeis. Link in bio! #RollDeis

I am so blessed and excited to announce my commitment to continue my academic and athletic career to play softball at Brandeis University! I first wanted to thank God for being with me through the ups and downs and letting me trust Him through this process. I also want to thank my parents for spending countless hours invested in my softball journey. From flying to camps and tournaments to driving to lessons and practice, I am forever grateful. I wanted to thank my pitching and hitting coaches Jake, Ryan, and Lindsey for giving me confidence on the plate and on the mound and making me a better player!

A special thank you to all my travel coaches from the past, especially my Wave and LGA families, for building me up to the athlete and person I am today. Thank you to Coach Don, Coach Rich, and my CTW family for always believing in me from the beginning and helping me regain my love for the sport, I wouldn’t be here without you guys!

Finally, I would like to thank Coach B, Coach Allison, and Coach Roy for believing me and giving me this amazing opportunity to play softball at Brandeis!

Go Judges!

Super cool moment being asked to come back and speak at a place like @brandeisjudges that means so much to me and a place that allowed me the freedom to grow in so many ways.

Last night I had the honor to get to present beside @afelds222 on nutrition and about all 5 of the variables that determine High Performance.

Empowering athletes of all levels to understand JUST how good they could possibly feel both mentally and physically if they invest in the single greatest investment with the highest possible return: Your Body.

Thanks to @brandeissoccer’s Gabe Margolis for the invite and thanks to the 70-80 student athletes who came out to take the first step in educating themselves and asking questions about how to make meaningful change.
