POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

Two sessions this week. Pads, clinch, takedowns, head movement.
Nothing spectacular. A little better everywhere.
Progress is slow — but it’s progress in every direction. That’s the deal I signed up for.

Still never too old to start. 🥊

Listen. Try slowly. Practice. Repeat. 🔁

That’s the whole system. @brandermma shows it, I try it at half speed, it looks nothing like his, so we go again. And again.

I don’t learn faster than the young guys. But maybe I can be more patient and persistent than them, not to say too stubborn. 😏🥊

What’s the hardest technique you’ve had to rebuild from scratch? 👇

Ohne sie läuft nichts! 🤝

Old Guy Doing MMA — Reel #15 🥊

Sometimes it feels overwhelming just how much there is to learn in MMA. So, one year after my very first lesson, it’s time to reflect on how far I’ve come—while realizing that the road ahead is still a very long one.

Excited to keep walking it with my fantastic coach @brandermma. Thank you for your patience and guidance. 🙏
