Anniversaries celebrated. Drinks deleted. Golf was played. Memories were made.

What you don’t see:

• Jimmy shot 1-under par (71)… in Crocs. (I shot a 92.)
• Jimmy is actively being scouted by the NFL after recent film surfaced of his pass rush AND pass protection.
• A heated battle was had every night between us and Mexican Train. It’s a game, and no, we’re still not over it.
• At least 500 drinks were consumed and somehow nobody got too banged up.
• Brieann & Jimmy experienced the all-inclusive life for the first time and immediately understood the assignment.
• Jimmy can make conversation with literally anyone.
• Brandi & Brieann can walk into any room and light it up.
•Jimmy can rap R.I.C.O by Waka Flocka word for word, bar for bar and it’s actually pretty impressive.
• Brandi got fed up with my wave watching and my attempts to predict how big the waves were going to be when they crashed. (They are actually massive. It’s crazy.)

All in all, the last year with the love of my life has been amazing. Brandi is the best wife I could ever ask for, and I couldn’t be more grateful for the life we’re building together.

The girls are twins. We’re brothers-in-law. Somewhere along the way, we forgot the “in-law” part.

Cabo, you were good to us.

What a ride. We fell a little short, but this team was always about more than where the season ended. 20+ seniors gave everything they had and left a mark that goes way beyond the scoreboard.

This group taught me a lot too… some things I expected, some things I definitely didn’t. New vocabulary I probably shouldn’t repeat, keeping me on my toes every day, golf rounds, great wins, tough losses, laughs, a few tears, and a completely new perspective on life.

Funny how you go into a season thinking you’re the one doing all the teaching, and somehow you end up learning just as much from them. Proud of this group forever. Thanks for one hell of a season. The best group of young men a coach could ever have the opportunity to teach the game to.
