❤️ LOVE. LIFE. GRATITUDE. ❤️ Today, I’m choosing to appreciate the beautiful gift of simply being here. We do not know what our future holds 🩷 To love deeply. To laugh often. To cherish the people who bring light into my life. To embrace every lesson, every blessing, and every new beginning. To my beautiful friends please know how much I sincerely love you 🥰 Life may not always be perfect, but there is always something to be grateful for. 🙏🏽 I’m grateful for the love I give, the love I receive, the life I’m living now and the blessings still unfolding. The best is yet to come Loving. Learning. Growing. Grateful. Much Aloha🌺🌸

BIG BEAR… YOU FILLED OUR HEARTS. 🌲♥️ Two days. So many conversations, connections, hugs, stories and beautiful moments. We shared essential oils, nutrition, hydration, metabolic wellness and simple ways to support the body every day. We poured samples, answered questions, introduced people to new tools and had the joy of helping so many begin their own dōTERRA wellness journey. But this weekend was about so much more than products. It was about people. Brandi sharing Mindful Rainbow. Dawn sharing breathwork, High Vibration Energy and vibroacoustic experiences. Me sharing the foundational wellness tools I love so much, all surrounded by incredible people offering their own unique approaches to wellness. This morning’s beautiful Yaqui opening ceremony, with prayer, drumming and song, was another reminder that wellness can look different for everyone. Different beliefs. Different traditions. Different modalities. Different stories. And still, so much connection. That may be what I loved most about this weekend, the openness, the conversations, the willingness to learn from one another and the complete lack of judgment. We came here hoping to pour into others, and somehow we’re leaving feeling poured into too. Big Bear, what an absolutely beautiful experience. 🌲✨ #bigbear #mountain #connect #wellness #love

Sometimes you don’t need a complicated routine or even a full drop. Brandi and I used just a tiny dab of doTERRA Breathe® Respiratory Blend, rubbed it between our hands, cupped our hands and simply breathed it in. And then I asked her: How does that make you feel? Her answer is exactly why I love sharing these experiences. For her, Breathe isn’t only about that fresh, open-airway feeling. The aroma also gives her a sense of clarity, calm and feeling safe when she’s experiencing anxious feelings. And that’s one of the things I love about essential oils, the pure aromatic experience can become part of a simple wellness ritual. Breathe can be used aromatically or topically, and sometimes a tiny amount is all you need to create an experience you notice almost immediately. Simple. Powerful. Practical. 🌿 What’s one oil or blend you reach for again and again because it supports you in more than one way? And if you’ve never experienced Breathe, message me. I’d love to show you how I use it. #breathe #air #wellness #health #simple
