There have been so many sweet moments and core memories made this week that I can’t pick a favorite. ❤️

I love this family of mine so much, and today Sindi joins us, and then we’ll officially be complete! 🥰

Soaking up every moment together. ❤️

Behind every great gym is an incredible team. ❤️

I honestly couldn’t be more thankful for this amazing group of people. Each one brings something unique to our community, their hearts, their passion, their encouragement, and their willingness to serve others every single day.

It’s easy to celebrate what happens inside the gym, but it’s the people behind the scenes who make it such a special place. They love well, work hard, cheer others on, and help create an environment where people feel seen, valued, and empowered.

Our summer picnic was such a great reminder that we’re more than coworkers, we’re a family. We laughed, played games, shared stories, spoke words of encouragement over one another, and made memories I’ll treasure.

To my EmpoweredCo team: thank you for believing in the vision, for loving our members so well, and for being exactly who you are. I value each of you more than words can express. I’m so grateful that I get to do this journey with you.

Here’s to an amazing team and an even more amazing future together. ❤️💪 #EmpoweredCo #GratefulLeader #BestTeam #GymFamily #StrongerTogether

Day 1 of classes.
I honestly don’t have words… and yet my heart is overflowing.
At one point today I had to step into my office and cry because I couldn’t believe we were here. This day. This moment. What once lived only in prayer, late and sleepless nights, and quiet hope became real.

So many emotions. So much blood, sweat, and tears. Moments of doubt, moments of courage, and countless steps taken in faith before I could see the full picture. And today, standing in this space, watching people show up, move, laugh, and begin their own journeys, I was overwhelmed.

What excites me just as much as opening the doors is what happens next. I am so honored and excited to walk alongside people, to encourage, empower, and support them as they grow stronger, inside and out. To witness confidence rise, hope return, and lives be transformed from the inside out.

I am marveling at the faithfulness and goodness of God. He brought me the most amazing team. He truly does finish what He starts. This is more than a gym opening… it’s a testimony. And I am deeply, humbly grateful. 🤍

Meet the face behind the screen!😅

My name is Brandi Nolt and I am the Social Media Manager and Content Creator for EmpoweredCo.
I joined the EmpoweredCo. team because I believe fitness is about more than just physical strength. It’s about caring for the whole person: mind, body, and spirit.

As an athlete my entire life, I have always had a deep love for exercise and movement and I understand firsthand the discipline, confidence, and growth that comes from training both physically and mentally. With Christian faith as the foundation of EmpoweredCo., the mission immediately resonated with me. I believe God calls us to steward our bodies well, live with discipline, and pursue strength with purpose.

In my role, I bring the heart of EmpoweredCo. to life through social media and digital content. I manage the gym’s online platforms and create intentional, authentic content that reflect real workouts, real people, and a faith-centered community. My goal is to use creativity and storytelling to inspire others, highlight the culture of EmpoweredCo., and create a welcoming space where people feel encouraged, supported, and empowered.

Outside of the gym, I lead a full and service-driven life. I am married, a proud dog mom, and I value quality time with family. I enjoy cooking, trying new cafés and restaurants, and spending time on the water (boating is my favorite way to unwind). In addition to my work at EmpoweredCo., I am a real estate agent, a nanny to three children, and a childcare coordinator for a mom’s ministry. I have a heart for volunteering and serving others, believing that strength is best used to uplift those around us.

I live by the reminder found in 1 Corinthians 9:24–25, which speaks to running the race with discipline and purpose. These values guide both my faith and my approach to fitness. I am excited to be part of a community that empowers individuals to grow stronger physically, mentally, and spiritually, both inside and outside the gym.

Can’t wait to see you around!
