Still not over this one. 🩷 A little look back at Saturday’s Workout for a Cure. A morning full of fitness, community, good food, lots of laughs and giving back to a cause that means a lot to us. Thank you again to everyone who worked out, donated, bought raffle tickets, donated prizes or simply came to hang out and support. You’re the reason we get to keep creating days like this. 💪🏼 More than a workout. This is community. 🫶🏼 Already looking forward to the next Ridgecrest Fitness Club meetup! 👀 #workoutforacure #community #fitnessforacause #ridgecrestfitnessclub

It was never just about the workout. 💜 You come in to get stronger, but somewhere along the way you find people who notice when you’re gone, remind you what you’re capable of, celebrate your wins, and don’t care whether you did the workout RX or scaled. You just have to show up. We’ll do the hard stuff together. 💪🏼 That’s what makes CFR more than just a gym. 🫶🏼 Come for the fitness. Stay for the people. #fitnessmotivation #community #crossfitridgecrest #ridgecrestfitnessclub

Building something AI can’t replace: community 🙌🏼 This weekend was a pretty great example of what that looks like. People coming together to honor Kenny, take on something hard, encourage each other through 21 rounds, and hang out together when the work was done. 🇺🇸 The workouts are great, but it’s the people beside you that make this place what it is. This is what we’re building at CrossFit Ridgecrest and the Ridgecrest Fitness Club, and we’re just getting started. 💜 Stronger together. Stronger than yesterday. 💪🏼 #1p #community #fitness #crossfitridgecrest #ridgecrestfitness

What a morning! 🇺🇸💪🏼 A huge THANK YOU to everyone who came out today for our monthly Hero Workout and helped us honor Petty Officer Second Class Kenneth “Kenny” Smith. ❤️🤍💙 21 rounds was no joke, but everyone showed up, put in the work, and encouraged each other the whole way. Thank you to 1st Phorm for partnering with us and helping make this an official 1st Phorm Community Event, and for keeping everyone fueled with some awesome samples! 🙌🏼 This was also the start of something we’re really excited about with the Ridgecrest Fitness Club — bringing people together through fitness, community, and doing hard things together. Great workout. Even better people. Most importantly, a morning spent honoring Kenny. 🇺🇸 Thank you to everyone who was part of it! 💪🏼 #1p #heroworkout #community #strongertogether

The best part about CrossFit isn’t what you see in the mirror, it’s what you discover you’re capable of. Lifting more than you thought you could. Running farther than you ever have. Doing your first pull-up. Picking up your kids with ease. Having the energy to live life outside the gym. The confidence you build here doesn’t stay inside these walls. It follows you everywhere. Come see what you’re capable of 💜 📍Book your free trial through the link in our bio. #fitnessmotivation #strongerthanyesterday #crossfitridgecrest
