Our pregnancy took an unexpected turn, and we learned that our baby boy couldn’t make it to full term.

There really aren’t words that can fully explain what it feels like to lose a child you’ve already dreamed about, prayed for, and imagined a whole life with.

Even though his time with us was incredibly short, he will always be our son and a part of our family.

We’re still grieving and learning how to move forward, so we may not always have the words or know what to say. But we wanted our family and friends to know what happened and to know that he existed, that he was deeply loved, and that he will always be remembered.

Thank you to everyone who has supported us, checked in on us, prayed for us, or simply given us the space to grieve. 🤍

Grateful for every early morning, every hard round, every lesson, and every moment on the mats that led to this. This journey has been built on hard work, consistency, and showing up even when it wasn’t easy.

Big thank you to my coaches for the guidance, my training partners for pushing me to get better every day, and especially my wife and daughters for always supporting me through the process.

This milestone means a lot… but the journey is far from over. Back to work. The road continues. 🤙
