This Father’s Day, we celebrate the men who show up, sacrifice, lead, protect, teach, support, and love often without asking for recognition in return

A huge shout out to @bloomberrybouquetsclt and @softworkorg for hosting a very meaningful floral workshop where men were invited to receive flowers and appreciation while they are here to enjoy them. Too often, flowers are given to men at funerals rather than during their lifetime, and this event was a meaningful reminder to celebrate them now.

Studies show that many fathers feel underappreciated despite the vital role they play in their families and communities. To every father, grandfather, stepfather, mentor, coach, and father figure: your presence matters, your sacrifices matter, and your impact reaches farther than you know 🥹🫶🏽

Man it’s so easy to get yourself stressed out about life that you forget the entire point is to live it.

The more you try to control something you can’t, the more anxious and stressed out you become.

And all human beings have a hard-wired need for control. So it’s time to dedicate one full day where we ain’t controlling sh*t! The biggest stress free day the world has ever seen.

International Protect Your Mental Day.

RSVP link in my bio. If you not in Charlotte, NC you gone wanna get there for this.

More details to come 🚀

Just got the Fujifilm X-M5 as a travel/b-cam but I really love the initial photos I’ve taken. All of these are unedited and shot on a 56mm 1.2 lens.
