A little photo dump from the last month because honestly, life has been full.

Good people, good food, celebrations, new experiences, laughter, work wins, and moments that reminded me how lucky I am.

Looking through these photos, I’m especially grateful for the people in them and the ways they’ve shown up for me. From flying in from Toronto to help me move, to dancing with me at the Rodeo, to joining a graduation trip to Montreal during my birthday, to celebrating career milestones and cheering each other on through big wins and exciting new chapters. These small moments have meant more than I can put into words. There’s something really special about getting to witness the people you care about succeed, thrive, and build lives they’re proud of.

At the same time, I’ve been a little quieter than usual these past couple of weeks. Turning 32 has felt different. This was my first birthday without Mama, and I don’t think I realized how much that would affect me until it did.

Grief is strange like that. It doesn’t always arrive as sadness. Sometimes it shows up as exhaustion, brain fog, feeling emotionally stretched thin, or wondering why you’re struggling when everything around you seems good.

So this is a reminder to myself that two things can be true at the same time: life can be beautiful, and you can still be carrying something heavy.

As I sit in the midst of a sadness that still feels completely new to me, I’m also hopeful. Change can feel daunting. Growth can feel uncomfortable. New beginnings can feel paralyzing before they feel exciting. But I’m trusting that this next year of evolution, growth, and newness will lead to something beautiful and full of possibility, joy, and the kind of profound growth that only comes from moving through what we never expected.

Anyway, here’s a collection of moments that made me smile lately. 🤍
