Dear GB South Austin Family, We are thrilled to extend a special invitation to the GB3 drilling classes, held every Tuesday and Thursday at 12:00 PM and 7:30 PM. Led by our top-notch Coaches and Professors, these classes are meticulously designed to take participants’ Jiu-Jitsu skills to new heights. The drills incorporated in these classes are specifically crafted to build muscle memory, enabling practitioners to act and react instinctively, without conscious thought. This invaluable skill allows individuals to stay one step ahead of their opponents, conserving energy and adding efficiency to their game. By participating in these classes, attendees will develop the ability to anticipate movements, effectively saving precious energy while maintaining a strategic advantage on the mats. The goal of these classes is to not only enhance technical abilities but also to foster a deeper understanding of the art of Jiu-Jitsu. Participants can anticipate refining their skills, gaining a competitive edge, and elevating their overall Jiu-Jitsu game. We would love for you all to join these fantastic classes and take your skills to the next level. Looking forward to seeing you all on the mats! 🙇🏽‍♂️

Tonight we enjoyed a surprise dinner for one of our Iron Will coaches that is moving away. Brandon, you have been a part of Iron Will before there was even an Iron Will. I can’t tell you how invaluable your support, professionalism and friendship has been and what it has meant to our family. Thank you for holding down the fort along with Andrew one last time while the big guy got sewn back together! You will be missed. ❤️ #IronWill #IronWillFam Thank you Ryan D'Avignon and the Greggo's Pizza & Subs staff for accommodating and feeding a room full of hungry teen boys! Excellent food and service as always!
