**POST DOG-FIGHT UPDATE**

After another hard lesson in dog ownership and finding myself complacent once again, something needed to change…

And a lot has…

I’ve had far less screen time than usual.

There has been absolutely zero “horseplay” within the home.

Our sleeping arrangements have changed for the better.

The timing and ways I feed them has changed for the better.

Our time spent outside going on walks, playing and resting has changed for the better.

I’ve been ‘sober’ for a week and began a dream journal. (Turns out my subconscious was/is pissed and showing me A LOT of hard lessons via lucid dreaming)

All-around, myself along with my two dogs have been feeling slightly “better” everyday.

Big thanks to @brandoneugenefields for the support he brings me while being back in Indiana and for allowing me to borrow his late father’s bicycle. You mean so much to me brother 💙 Thank you so much

**Day 9 without incident** (gotta start somewhere)

That’s right hang over on the crack baby. First time trying it outside, had to assist past the crux. Loved every moment though and learned so much for the futures climbs.

Thanks to my boys Nick and Bean. You guys teach me so much.

Nick looks soooo fierce right now!! He crashed it on Hummingbird Way. What a fun crack with some “fun” off width, and little traverse at the end. Such a phenomenal climb. CHICKEN WING!!!
