🔱Crush Pull Ups🔱

Today’s workout was a quick one but a good one💪🏽 It was a pull up pyramid 1-10-1🚧

You have to dismount after every set and the goal is to get done in less than 10 minutes⏱

Challenge yourself to be great because if not you, then who?💯

👀Well Folks, I’ve Officially Caved👀
_
I’m no longer doing my gym workouts but still want to bring value to everyone one so I’ll be posting my at home workouts during these restricted, trying times🙏🏽
_
For this workout, all you’ll need is a jump rope, an object 2 feet tall to jump over (I used a bench) and some space😎
_
•5 minute warm up Jump Roping
•100 Hurdle Box Jumps with a Burpee✅
(Note: do the jumps separate then burpees if you’re a beginner)
_
Save this for later, share it, tag a workout buddy, and comment what your time was below!!🙌🏽🙌🏽
_
My time was 20:52 but feel like I can go faster next!!

(Q) Why do I spend time, money and energy on events, books and people when I could just go about life, Not doing it?😵😒 (A) Because.. (1)nothing great as ever stood on the shoulders of only one🙌🏽(2) to think I know it all, is to confirm I'm an idiot 😳and (3) it would be selfish of me to give ANYONE less than who I'm capable of being.😎 Wrapped up an EPIC @10xgrowthconference event in Vegas this weekend and to give a little insight of the value that this weekend brought I would like to share this quote from @scooterbraun that said "We're all a lot more in common than we realize.. We all want to be better." The energy hits different when everyone around you knows that we're all trying to be better people. Because when we're better versions of ourselves we're able to give better to those around us.💫
