From being my first concert at 8 years old to my most recent concert at 30. What a full 360 moment this was.
@hilaryduff thank you for healing my inner child and screaming my heart out to my childhood soundtrack.
I got lucky or something because I met some amazing friends, the vibes were immaculate and I relived my child hood.
This really is what dreams are made of ✨🪩
@hilaryduff love you forever queen, you really healed an entire generation.

On a Sunday in Paris, family and friends gathered to celebrate the love story that is @alyshines & @pmalins. Hearing the stories told & witnessing the vows exchanged one thing was perfectly clear, this was a story fated to happen. I remember when Lys first mentioned Pam, it had to be a Sunday shift at Sunrise, I could tell just they way she talked about her and the light I saw in her eye, something was up here. Then the group chat happened and I knew, I knew this was different. This was the stories I love to read about. Then I met Pam and got to see these two just exist together and knew that my friend had met her person. I can’t tell you how happy I am for you both. I’m thrilled I was able to be a party of your day and celebrate you as you get ready to take on this next journey together 🤍✨ I love you both! (Side note @the.lunar.owl.chronicles & @brandosversion and I definitely weren’t crying during speeches 🥺 @mel_.johnson I definitely didn’t almost feel the need to get up there and hug you during the ceremony at all 🥺🥺🥺🥺….so much love in one room)

PS If anyone has video of @laura.neal.95 rocking guitar 🎸solo to Ultimate You 🎶 I need to relive that please and thank you!

(Last side note: Had to show my dad I was drinking domestic beer…I didn’t mean to order lite and was praying he wouldn’t disown me 🤣🙃)

Hi! I’m Brandon. I am proud to say that as a 34 year old, I’m still a massive Hilary Duff fan.

My love for Hilary started at 13 right around the height of Lizzie McGuire and Metamorphosis. This was also the era of covering your room in posters from all the teen magazines, and you best believe that I was at the store trying to find every J-14 and TigerBeat magazine I could find.

My love for Hilary continued to grow throughout my teen years and her music and movies have always been a safe space for me. I remember for my 16th birthday getting the Dignity album as it had released a few days before, and it was all I listened to for months. Gypsy Woman would probably be my highest played song if this were in the era of keeping track of listens.

Fast forward to my life as an adult, where Hilary has continued to be one of my favourite artists. I was there on release day for Breathe In, Breathe Out when I was 24, and yes I was one of the ones who pre-ordered the CD (more) and had my name in the booklet.

I feel so extremely blessed to have made it to the Small Rooms. Big Nerves. tour and I was fortunate enough that I was able to meet her, and teenage me was screaming. It truly was luck… or something.

February is always now somewhat delicate in nature, this year made more so with processing the loss of my dear Grandma. 🤍
However, celebrating another year of life for Naomi, a Swiftie friend social night, taking a wonderful and wild trip to one of my favourite cities NYC with Kait and Kelly and having the privilege of seeing @maryspacekate as Elphaba as she approached the end of her principal run on Broadway were absolute highlights. Also I have a just renovated bathroom to enjoy!
How well I know the layers of joy, gratitude and grief all held together. For good.🩵
