What if Chichén Itzá became part of a pizza logo? 🇲🇽🍕 For this Mexico Pizza concept, the goal was simple: create a logo that communicates pizza + Mexican culture without relying on a generic Mexican icon. The starting point was the Mexico Pizza typography. Instead of keeping the lettering basic, I integrated a simplified representation of Chichén Itzá into the bottom half of the letter X. Then came the pizza. The Zs were redesigned into mirrored shapes, creating space for a pizza slice to appear naturally through negative space. Add the pepperoni details, refine the proportions and spacing, and bring everything together with a Mexican-inspired color palette. I Simplified the Coca-Cola Logo — What Do You Think? Coca-Cola is one of the most recognizable wordmarks in the world. But if we forget the fame and look at the lettering purely from a design perspective, there are some interesting details to question. I focused on the C in “Cola” and explored what happens when its upper stroke follows the visual language of the first C.
