lots of changes in my life this year, but you have to try not to dwell on the what-ifs and just do the best with what life gives you, knowing that everything will work out exactly the way it’s meant to :) thankful for all the people who decide to still be a part of my life over the years, i know who you are and i appreciate u a lot 🫶🏽

24’s gonna be the year for continuing to live my life and not gaf what other ppl say or think 🥳

Who knew that 4 years could be so life-changing? 🤯

Sure I got a great education, all these honors and distinctions, and eventually my degree but there was so much more to undergrad than that.

I went outside my comfort zone. I found mentors who loved me. I became a mentor who loved others. I struggled. I succeeded. But most importantly, I found my lifelong friends and family.

Special shoutout to my PSST c/o 2018, first year LC, all my roommates/housemates, Katipunan, Tinikling, and “FAM” for being a big part of my life the past couple years. It would not have been the same without y’all! ❤️

Also thank you to my first year professors for telling us that we had a slim-to-none chance at getting into medical school and that we would drop it 🤡— that’s exactly the fuel I needed to grind it out and prove them wrong. Don’t let anyone tell you what you can or can’t do. If I listened to all the people that told me it would be too hard, it was silly or unrealistic, I wouldn’t be where I am today.

To everyone I’ve gotten to meet, words can’t describe how much I’ll miss all of you. But I hope that I’ve had some level of impact on your lives and that you can pass any lessons/advice down to others 🥹

There’s so much more to college than what’s on the surface. It’s the lessons, experiences, people and memories you gain that will stick with you forever. College is what you make of it, so if any of you are still in school, make the most of it. I know I did 🫶🏽

Life is also what you make of it and I can’t wait to continue my story 👀
