“Let your roots grow down into him, and let your lives be built on him. Then your faith will grow strong in the truth you were taught, and you will overflow with thankfulness.”

‭‭Philippians‬ ‭3‬:‭7‬-‭11‬
“I once thought these things were valuable, but now I consider them worthless because of what Christ has done. Yes, everything else is worthless when compared with the infinite value of knowing Christ Jesus my Lord. For his sake I have discarded everything else, counting it all as garbage, so that I could gain Christ and become one with him. I no longer count on my own righteousness through obeying the law; rather, I become righteous through faith in Christ. For God’s way of making us right with himself depends on faith. I want to know Christ and experience the mighty power that raised him from the dead. I want to suffer with him, sharing in his death, so that one way or another I will experience the resurrection from the dead!”

Reign shared a powerful message about Jesus our Redeemer the One who paid the price for our sins, brings freedom from shame and guilt, and makes us new through His grace. No matter our past, Jesus offers forgiveness, hope, and a restored relationship with God.

There was something special in the room last night. You could truly feel God moving as people worshiped and leaned into His presence.

We can’t wait to see you all next week at 6:30 PM! 🙌

Week 4 Summer Nights Recap 📸 (Jesus is the Healer) #omaha #nebraska #youngadultministry

What a powerful night at Summer Nights. Ben Norvig shared an incredible message on how Jesus is our healer and the power of prayer. It was such an amazing reminder of what the Lord can do when we put our trust in Him.

There is so much power in prayer, and God is so, so good. Can’t wait to see what He has in store for next week.

We’ll see you all at Waters Edge next week at 7:00 PM 🙌

It’s easy to get discouraged, frustrated, and down when you see how the Church is under attack. The enemy would love nothing more than for the Church to be divided and distracted from reaching people.

What this last week reminded me is that the Holy Spirit is alive, He’s living and breathing in and through the local church, and the future of the capital “C” Church is in good hands with this next generation. We’re not praying for a revival, we’re living in the middle of one.

I love my church, the mission we’ve been called to, and the people I get to do it alongside.
