This is what healing looks like.

When you begin to find yourself again.

When you listen to what you like.

When you slow down and feel your body.

When you remember who you were before you began being what everyone else wanted.

When you stop trying to become someone and start UNBECOMING.

Note: I painted some things gold that I found in my garage today while listening to a new podcast call theunbecomingby @brandy.nielson

We’re so grateful for this community 🖤

You show up for your bodies.
You show up for yourselves.
And you show up for each other.

As a little thank-you, clients who attend 15 classes in January will be invited to a complimentary reformer stretch & sound bath with @brandy.nielson

A moment to slow down, stretch gently, and fully unwind.

Details will be shared toward the end of the month with those who qualify.

We love our clients. We love this community. And we can’t wait to keep moving with you 🤍

Dive into sound healing and feel your chakras come into perfect balance with each calming note. Most people leave feeling deeply relaxed, emotionally lighter, and with a body that feels refreshed for days. Let these soothing vibrations help you find your inner harmony and a renewed sense of well-being.

#SelfCareSaturday In this day and age we spend a lot of time on the go. Working, running errands, doing chores, family time, friend time etc. We tend to push and push until we burn out and we have to isolate to recharge. Taking time for yourself is not a privilege, it's a right, and yet we act like it's selfish to want to do it.

We owe it to ourselves to nurture our bodies and our souls, to slow down and just appreciate life and our place in it.

What have you done for self care lately?

Tonight I"m heading out to a cacao ceremony & sound bath experience with a friend to just sit in the vibrations and soak up all that ancestral wisdom. I can't wait! 🧖🏻‍♀️

Brandy is a good friend of mine and someone I’d call a “spirit healer”. I’ve known her for a while now and every time we talk or hang out she is blasting out the good feels. She knows what she’s doing, that’s for certain.

We have been planning this shoot for a bit and finally I got to photograph her, pretty pumped on that! These are just a few of the photos. We will be doing another series in the next 2 weeks! Pumped to the maximum.

Go check her out @brandy.nielson <——
